Sous l’impulsion de sa fondatrice, Béatrice Baluta Lumona, les responsables programmes, coordinateurs terrain, experts sociaux et bénévoles unissent leurs compétences pour concevoir, suivre et évaluer des actions concrètes en faveur des populations vulnérables en RDC. Leur connaissance fine des réalités locales, alliée à une gestion rigoureuse et transparente, garantit la crédibilité de la fondation et la pérennité des projets menés avec et pour les communautés.
